Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep account credentials private and report suspicious activity promptly.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Users can contact support for refund or cancellation requests at support.tasklipi@gmail.com.
Cancellation
Users may request cancellation of a paid plan by contacting support with their registered TaskLipi email, plan name, and payment reference. Cancellation stops future service access according to the subscription terms, but does not automatically guarantee a refund for already used service time.
Refunds
- Refund requests should be raised within 7 days of payment.
- Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, failed activation, wrong plan purchase, or technical inability to access paid features after reasonable support attempts.
- Refunds may be declined when the paid service has been substantially used, when incorrect account information was provided and later corrected after use, or when the request violates these terms.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through the payment gateway, generally within 7 to 10 working days after approval, depending on bank or gateway timelines.
No Physical Delivery
TaskLipi is a digital service. No physical product is shipped. Plan access is delivered electronically after payment verification.
